Selection Procedure for Graduate Program and Internship Program
Send your application online along with your fresh resume and a cover letter. Candidates with appropriate professional experience as well as existing internship eligibility in the selected country will certainly be offered priority. Successful contestants will be called for interviews in January and February 2012.

1. Entry requirements

  • An MBA degree from an internationally recognized business school or University
  • Fluency in English

2. Online application

3. Online talent assessment
Members of the Talent Acquisition team of the bank will assess your application and if selected for further process you will be called for participation in an online talent assessment.  This online assessment is imperative and only after this assessment you will allowed to participate in an interview.   

4. First interview
A business manager and an HR Manager will conduct a seventy minutes interview of you.  

5. Final Interview
Afterwards you will be contacted within two weeks if you are declared passed for the final interview.  You may be invited to attend a face-to-face interview or possibly a phone interview can be arranged so that further assessment can be done about your strengths and management talent.

6. Final decision
The result of your final interview will be conveyed to you within a two weeks time.
If you declared successful, a representative of the selection body will call you to discuss the details of the offer.

Talent assessments:  To calculate your talent and strength, this test is given to the applicants.  

You are also checked through Simulation exercises.  These exercises include role plays and presentations.
