NATIONAL TESTING
SERVICE
NTS stands for
National Testing Service. Its object is to establish a
reliable and
perfect system of performance evaluation for students
of various
educational institutions at various levels. It helps projecting level
of students. NTS is providing quality Services in educational testing
and assessment mechanisms. NTS now has growing linkages and
associations with educational and professional organizations &
institutions, including those engaged in talent search and career &
educational promotion activities, at the national and international
levels.
Types of Tests
NTS provides
services for conducting different Test by providing facilities both for
individual candidates and institutions. These tests are prepared and
assessed by experts and professionals from relevant fields.
National
Aptitude Tests (NAT)
NTS conducts
General Tests so as to evaluate the critical thinking skills of
analytical reasoning and also performance assessment of candidates with
regard to quantitative ability and English Language Skills. General
Tests, also called National Aptitude Tests, help establishing a reliable
and credible measure of judging the knowledge base of students in
commonly taught programs
GRE TYPE TESTS
Graduate
Assessment Test (GAT-General)
GAT-General
measures the verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills that you have
acquired over a long period of time and that may not be necessarily
related to any specific field of study.
Graduate
Assessment Test (GAT-Subject)
GAT-Subject
helps to evaluate, analyze, solve problems, understand relationships and
interpret material in a specific area of study.
Graduate
Employment Examination (GEE)
NTS has
introduced Graduate Employment Examination (GEE) to facilitate the
Graduates seeking job opportunities in public and private sectors of
Pakistan. GEE is being offered under a partnership agreement with the
renowned Educational Testing Service (ETS) USA. GEE comprises TOEIC
(Test of English for International Communication) by ETS and Graduate
Assessment Test (GAT-Subject) by NTS in the specified subject area. The
employer will be using the GEE sore for relative assessment of a
candidate in English communication skills at work place context and to
assess the knowledge, understanding and application base in a specific
subject area. Candidates for the following subjects may apply for the
test:
Biology,
Economics, Psychology, Geography, Chemistry, English, Electronics,
Education, History, Mathematics, Physics, Urdu, Architectural
Engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical engineering, Environmental
Science/engineering, Islamic Studies, Agriculture Sciences, Telecom
