Pakistan Steel invites applications for Trainee Artisans (Apprenticeship Training) every year in the month of July. The successful candidate are initially selected as Trainee Artisans and after completion of 2 years training / on-job-training, they may be considered for induction on regular footing subject to satisfactory performance. The candidates possessing the following qualification may apply for the apprenticeship scheme:
Qualification:
Metric Science or
Metric Technical
with minimum 60% aggregate Marks
Age:
For Metric Science 16 years
For Metric Technical 20 years
During the training, Artisans is paid fixed stipend as per rule which is ranging from Rs. 2000 to 2300 per month
